Visa Check Card
Use it like a check or get cash at an ATM. This dual-purpose card gives you the convenience of writing a check and an ATM card all in one. Use it wherever VISA cards are accepted for purchases. The purchase amount will be deducted from your Personal Checking account.

No activity service fees for our customers at any ATM. (Other bank’s surcharges may apply).
Surcharge FREE ATM's at M&T Bank
Thanks to a special agreement between The Washington Savings Bank and M&T Bank, you can now access your account at any M&T Bank ATM without incurring a surcharge. eStatements
It doesn't take a lot of effort to help save the environment. By opting to receive eStatements instead of paper statements, paying your bills online instead of writing and mailing checks, and managing all of your accounts online, not only will you save paper, you'll be saving yourself time and money.
Bounce Protection
This simple service allows you to link your savings account at The Washington Savings Bank to your checking account at The Washington Savings Bank through a no-fee automatic transfer, in the event your checking account becomes overdrawn. Your savings funds must be available and transfers are limited to 6 per month with certain restrictions.
You can also set up automatic transfers to a DreamCatcher CD. Save for your dreams. . .automatically. Use your Checking Account to start a Savings Plan. Click on CD’s for more information.
*APY (Annual Percentage Yield). Rate subject to change anytime. Premium Checking earns 1.00% APY on balances of $500 or more, effective 06/07/2009. 150 duplicate grey checks. Pay one bill through Online Banking per statement to avoid $2.95 monthly fee. A $6.00 fee will be charged to accounts closed within 3 months of account opening date.
