Description:

Required Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous teller or cash handling experience
  • Possess basic math skills and be able to problem-solve
  • Accuracy
  • Must have good credit and be able to pass a background check

Job Duties Include:

  • Process cash and check transactions
  • Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift
  • Verify amounts, signatures, and endorsements on checks and verify sufficient funds
  • Identify transaction errors
  • Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customer accounts
  • Cross-sell Bank products and services
