Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous teller or cash handling experience
- Possess basic math skills and be able to problem-solve
- Accuracy
- Must have good credit and be able to pass a background check
Job Duties Include:
- Process cash and check transactions
- Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift
- Verify amounts, signatures, and endorsements on checks and verify sufficient funds
- Identify transaction errors
- Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customer accounts
- Cross-sell Bank products and services
